Project Manager — Commercial Construction

Ready to take the lead on exciting commercial construction projects with a trusted, locally rooted general contractor? We're seeking a proven Project Manager to join a well-established team with a strong reputation across the Carolinas.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects — from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
• Collaborate with owners, architects, Superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project milestones
• Manage subcontractor buyouts and procurement
• Review and coordinate submittals, change orders, and RFIs
• Utilize project management platforms like Procore for documentation and tracking
• Support project scheduling efforts, with familiarity in Primavera P6 a plus
• Help maintain LEED and sustainability goals (LEED training is a bonus)

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction experience
• Experience as a Lead PM on commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver mindset
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for building lasting relationships
• Familiarity with Procore and project scheduling tools
