Job Description: BluSky Restoration wants to hire YOU as a construction Project Manager. This position has a starting salary of $65,000 to $115,000 and a commission potential of $30,000 to $60,000, depending on experience! It also includes a vehicle allowance!

Brief Description:

BluSky's construction division Restoration Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned restoration and reconstruction projects, including customer service, vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, safety compliance, and quality control. The Project Manager works closely with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction site personnel and subcontractors, promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
  • Perform all contracted scopes per procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Approve or reject invoices with proper communication.
  • Record and maintain project costs.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profit goals.
  • Represent BluSky professionally during emergency on-call rotations.
  • Track change orders and project extras.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Skilled in project management, financials, and administration.
  • OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience in multi-family, hotel, and multi-building projects.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission and benefits, including auto allowance, fuel card, expense account, laptop, cell phone, and apparel. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and PTO.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: The environment ranges from quiet to moderately loud. Employees must lift 25-50 pounds regularly, stand, walk, and perform physical activities. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
