Salary: $95,000-$120,000

Nussbaum Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the installation of high-end residential landscapes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of each project, from initial client meetings and collaboration with award-winning landscape architects to overseeing construction, installation, and transition to maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning process by collaborating with clients, landscape architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Manage contract negotiations, revisions, and additions.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and align with The Nussbaum Way, maintaining regular communication with clients regarding budget status and costs.
  • Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects.
  • Support Maintenance Project Managers during the transition from construction to maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, and landscape architects.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional landscape experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
    • At least 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to read plan sets and specifications, and to sketch details for clarification and review.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Valid Washington State driver's license.
