Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and objectives; develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution: Lead and motivate project teams; manage project resources; track progress; ensure adherence to timelines and budgets; resolve issues and roadblocks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status to stakeholders; manage expectations; gather feedback and incorporate it into plans.
  • Monitoring and Control: Monitor performance against metrics; address deviations; ensure quality standards are met.
  • Other Duties: Prepare documentation and reports; conduct project closeout activities; stay updated on industry best practices and methodologies.
