Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil projects and excavation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and within budget.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and other documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction and excavation processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
