Overview of Project Manager Position

We're supporting a national builder with a strong portfolio in multifamily and mixed-use construction to hire a Project Manager. This role leads ground-up residential projects from start to finish—owning budget, schedule, and team coordination. Some projects may require clearance eligibility for secure federal sites.

Areas of Expertise

• Multifamily: Type V wood-frame, podium, wrap, mid-rise
• Hospitality & Mixed-Use: Urban infill, select-service hotels, residential-over-retail
• Delivery: CMAR and Design-Build with early precon involvement and phased turnover
• Federal Sites: Clearance-eligible builds requiring added compliance

Key Tasks

• Manage project delivery from precon through closeout
• Lead cost control, schedule, and subcontractor buyout
• Act as point of contact for owners, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track cash flow and project performance
• Support quality, compliance, and final turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of GC experience managing multifamily or commercial projects
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Excel
• Track record managing projects $25M+
• Familiar with permitting, inspections, SWPPP
• Clearance eligibility a plus
• Local travel and weekend flexibility required
