Responsibilities include:

• managing Field Crews
• maintaining project schedule & budget
• communicating with customers
• coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor schedules and performance
• troubleshooting and punch-list for job close-out
• monitoring company vehicles and equipment for proper use and daily preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management (will consider less experience for quality candidate)
