Requirements:

• 6–10 years in construction management or site leadership
• Proven experience with luxury custom homes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and maintain project schedules
• Ensure job-site safety and high-quality construction standards
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site teams
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams
• Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $140K–$165K (based on experience)
