Our client, a highly regarded General Contractor, is on the lookout for an experienced Construction Project Executive to enhance their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of construction projects including strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Drive new business initiatives and oversee Pre-Construction activities.
• Foster and maintain enduring relationships with Clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate contracts and diligently monitor the profitability of construction projects.
• Evaluate risks and devise effective contingency plans as needed.
• Mentor and develop project teams to guarantee successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive for General Contractors managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
