Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Project Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will compile all material and labor pricing needed to accurately price potential projects. The ideal candidate is a capable communicator and detail-oriented when breaking down projects. Experience in the aluminum and glazing industry is preferred.

• Procure pricing on all scope items
• Coordinate with other estimators to assist as needed
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
• Estimate costs and provide a completed budget to the project manager
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor pricing
• Report on progress
• Identify and mitigate potential issues that may arise

• Previous experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably in storefront, windows, and glazing
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in construction and estimating
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
• Familiarity with BlueBeam, CAD, ProCore
• Ability to break large projects into smaller, manageable steps
