What You'll Do:

• Lead or support the management of industrial construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Assist with project planning, estimating, and documentation (Project Engineer) or manage overall project delivery and client relationships (Project Manager).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in construction and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

For Project Manager (Experienced):

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Experience with steel, concrete, or industrial projects preferred.
