  • Monitor project financials, budgets, and schedules to achieve or exceed performance targets.
  • Resolve escalated project issues, risks, or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success managing projects $50M+ from ground-up through delivery.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and contract law.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in complex, large value ground up commercial or light industrial construction.
  • LEED accreditation or strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
  • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, CMiC, Primavera, or similar).

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to lead landmark, large-scale projects.
  • Work with a collaborative leadership team focused on safety, quality, and innovation.
  • Competitive compensation, executive benefits, and career growth potential.
