Your Mission:

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards - leaving no detail overlooked.
• Work collaboratively with Field Operations, Superintendents, and Estimators.
• Manage client communications, job status updates, and project deliverables.
• Hold field teams and subcontractors accountable through structured meetings and regular reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal systems as we continue to expand.

You Will Excel If You:

• Bring 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in roofing.
• Thrive in structured environments that are continuously evolving.
• Are skilled at leading job meetings, creating effective schedules, and tracking project progress.
• Can drive accountability without micromanaging team members.
