In this role, you will:

  • Lead PMO governance, approvals, and project tracking to support the large-scale expansion of hyperscale data center construction throughout the AMER region.
  • Coordinate design, construction, and commercial functions during the pre-construction/Design Development (DD) process, ensuring governance and alignment through peer and onward reviews and business case approvals.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development and local business units to define needs, manage the project pipeline, and track deliverables.
  • Schedule and manage project activities and deliverables, including business case creation.
  • Coordinate and track GDC investor deliverables for the large-scale program.
  • Support AMER construction managers with monthly reports and KPIs.
  • Work alongside design, construction, and commercial managers to optimize projects and train teams in efficient approval processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across lessons learned, KPIs, software implementation, and internal team training.
  • Report progress, challenges, and key initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Operate cross-functionally within a matrixed, global environment.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 7+ years of professional experience in construction project management, program management, or real estate development.
  • Have direct experience in construction and data center projects.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and excellent business acumen.
  • Are skilled at managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Take full ownership and accountability, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and/or Primavera.
  • Are able and willing to travel within the Americas as needed (remote with some travel).
  • Locations preferences include: Chicago, Dallas, DC/Ashburn, Toronto, NY/NJ; open to discussion for the right highly qualified candidate suitable for this exciting new large-scale Data Center program.
