Construction Product Coordinator
Location: On-site – Bartlett, IL

The Construction Product Coordinator plays a vital role in managing GTW's construction-focused product lines. This position oversees product lifecycles, identifies market trends, and ensures a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. The coordinator will manage project timelines, process incoming orders, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in both structured and dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day product and project coordination activities across GTW's construction division
- Receive, process, and track customer orders from entry to fulfillment
- Identify and monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support product development and positioning
- Provide consistent and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Attend 3–4 trade shows annually to represent GTW's products and engage with potential and existing customers
- Travel quarterly to visit key customers, gather feedback, and maintain relationships
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of product data, pricing, and customer interactions
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of internal SOPs
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in product and/or project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and client relationship management
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to work independently during slower periods of the year
- Ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Communication, or a related field required
