We are looking for an experienced Construction P6 Scheduler to join our growing team.Why join us?Employer Paid Health / Rx / Dental / Ortho/ Vision InsuranceHealth Reimbursement AccountLife InsuranceShort-Term Disability Insurance(PTO) Paid Time OffPaid Holidays401k with Matching ContributionsJob DetailsLead Construction Estimator or Pre Construction ManagerShould have some of the following...Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects is requiredReview, create, submit quality estimates with detailed proposalsPrepare high level quantity and manpower take-offsProspect and procure new opportunities for bidComprehensively analyze plans, specifications, proposals and additional documentation to prepare bid estimates for projectsAttend site visits, pre-bid meetings, jobsite walk-throughs, bids, and coordination meetingsMust maintain an extremely professional working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and peersOther duties as assignedRequirementsDesire and determination to succeedBachelor's degree or combination of education and years of experienceThe ability to proficiently provide estimates & estimating servicesExperience with conceptual and schematic design budgetingComputer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff preferredKnowledge of construction processes and terminologyAbility to read and understand blueprintsExcellent math skillsStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsAbility to fully understand plans and specificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a commercial construction estimatorInterested in hearing more?
