Our Employee-Owned company has an immediate full-time opening for a Branch Manager in the Southeast, based in Albany, GA.

• Forecast weekly activities, analyze factors affecting results, and develop strategies for efficiency. Complete one- and three-year plans.
• Assist in developing the companys long-term plans and facilitate weekly decision-making processes.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, managing employee performance, and conducting performance appraisals. Handle counseling, discipline, and terminations as necessary.
• Encourage employee continuing education, both in-house and through external programs, meeting minimum required hours.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches as needed.
• Represent the company in the local community and industry organizations.
• Provide leadership to the branch, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, or Journeyman background.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in contracting, engineering, or construction management.
• Management experience leading a team of 5-10 individuals.
• Strong safety attitude and personal integrity.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Experience in electrical or construction fields preferred.
• Ability to think conceptually and apply practical solutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and career aspirations.
• Decisive, proactive, and communicative leadership skills.
• Trustworthy with customers and employees.
