**Construction Observer**

****Primary Roles:****

Performs daily inspection and documentation of infrastructure projects including road, water main, and sewer construction. Maintains daily reports, measurements, calculations, and computation of quantities and ensuring conformance with contract documents.

****Education/Experience Requirements:****

* High school diploma and valid drivers license required

* Civil engineering, surveying or construction management education and/or training desired.

* 5 or more years related work experience desired.

* Experience with Fieldbook software and MDOT knowledge preferred.
