Construction Monitor Spec - Old National Bank : Job Details

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $44,700 - $84,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. We are currently seeking a Construction Risk Specialist that monitors the construction phase of assigned commercial construction loans. Work closely with Commercial Bankers, Commercial Loan Support, Borrowers, title companies, attorney's, contractors, and others to ensure that all information required to make a construction loan draw is provided and ensures that any issues have been mitigated prior to approving draws. Construction Management Oversee a portfolio of construction loans that are in various stages of construction. Prioritize each of the projects and ensure that loan draw requests are executed timely while making sure that any and all risks have been mitigated.
