$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Posting: Commercial Masonry EstimatorA well-established and reputable commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Commercial Masonry Estimator with a strong background in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a team that values quality craftsmanship, stability, and long-term growth.Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial masonry, waterproofing, and restoration
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar takeoff/estimating software
• Solid understanding of construction documents, scopes, and cost analysis
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good tenure preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam
• Analyze project scopes in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration disciplines
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit competitive, timely bid proposals
• Participate in pre-construction planning and handoff to project teams
