Construction Manager - Spencer Ogden : Job Details

Job Description:

• Construction Manager is responsible for managing/overseeing Lighting & Mechanical Retrofits at a large industrial facility.
• Responsibilities are as follows:
• Managing Safety protocols, Subcontractors, QA/QC, Site logistics, Procore Document Management, Daily Reports, 3-week look-a-head schedules, Stake Holder Meetings, & assignments as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in managing lighting and mechanical retrofits.
• Must be detailed oriented and able to maintain an electronic construction document system.
• Must demonstrate ability to organize and run a Stakeholders construction meeting.
• Mid-Career Level - (5-7 years of Experience) Equivalent Years of Experience in Lieu of Education
