Learn more at .**Responsibilities:**+ Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, operators, etc.) with daily tasks+ Perform site preparation including unloading materials, staging supplies, and maintaining clean work areas+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and effectively+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed+ Perform demolition, material handling, and debris removal+ Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE at all times+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work+ Support general site operations and adapt to changing project needs**Qualifications:**+ Minimum 1 year of experience on commercial construction sites+ Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and basic techniques+ Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation+ Prior experience in the commercial field requiredTrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
