Construction Laborer - West Virginia Staffing : Job Details

Immediate need for laborers at new Belle plant. Duties include performing any and all tasks as directed to assist in the facility construction. Laborers will be on-call, for up to 40 hours per week, for 2-4 weeks. Successful candidates will receive training and preference to apply for full-time positions at the plant, starting in Q4 2025.

Requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Familiarity with OSHA standards; construction experience and mechanical knowledge. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per day, stand and walk for extended periods, reach overhead, and occasionally bend and stoop. Candidates must be able to perform all physical job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. This is an at-will position, based in Belle, WV. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $18-22 per hour
