Construction Laborer - New Jersey Staffing : Job Details

Star Tech Construction Inc, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, is a construction company specializing in residential building construction. Established in December 2014, the company has successfully completed numerous residential projects, ranging from single-family homes to multi-story apartment buildings, and state supervised projects. Our primary services include site preparation, concrete work, framing, roofing, and finishing. Our operations run year-round, with project schedules varying based on contracts and seasonal conditions.

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Receiving deliveries and inspecting Betard precast concrete elements for any damage and conformity with technical documentation. Marking and organizing elements according to the erection sequence. Coordinating with crane operators to position elements efficiently and safely. Positioning elements precisely according to shop drawings or erection plans and performing connections between elements.

For the new residential construction project at 386-388 7th Street in Jersey City, New Jersey 07302, eighteen (18) positions for a Construction Laborer are available. This is a temporary, full time position from 10/01/2025 through 07/31/2026, Monday Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week. Weekends & holidays are not required. Overtime is not required. Paid weekly. A single workweek will be used as its standard for computing wages due. All deductions required by law will be made from the workers paycheck. Tools, supplies and equipment provided. Transportation not provided.
