Construction Laborer - CIEDA : Job Details

• Responsible for routine upkeep, maintenance, and repair of assigned projects and Properties.
• Assist with minor repair work on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and grounds.
• Responsible for assisting Maintenance and Construction team members for performing routine construction and/or maintenance needs.
• Assists with constructing and repairing structures and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and conforming to local building codes.
• Assists with erecting of framework for structures.
• Assist in setting up employee functions for all company meetings and functions as needed.
• Must follow all safety requirements and wear personal protective equipment as recommended.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Communicates effectively with the Project Manager to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate personnel and assists in daily operations with Maintenance and Construction personnel.
