Call us at 541-###-#### Duties and Responsibilities for Construction Laborer:

• Assist carpenters and other tradesmen by performing tasks from siding, framing to concrete to painting to flooring and everything in-between
• Safely help to load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment as required
• Assist with setting up and preparing construction sites, ensuring all materials and tools are readily available
• At times, perform demolition work and/or assist in excavation work as needed, ensuring careful removal of existing structures or materials to minimize damage
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to uphold a safe & secure working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites through thorough cleanup and disposal of debris
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor on all homeowner's properties & Job Sites
• Collaborate effectively and work closely with your supervisor and teammates to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
• Maintain a positive attitude and always be eager to learn and grow and improve your skills; Jumping in when and where needed

Skills and Qualifications for Construction Laborer:

• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• Must be able to easily take and apply direction / instruction
• Must be physically capable of moving up to 50 lbs throughout the day, IE: 50 lb. bags of concrete
• Must be Customer Minded, with good customer service skills and respectful of homeowner's properties
• Must be a trustworthy and reliable individual with reliable transportation
• Must have a Strong work ethic and some sort of previous construction experience / experience with laborious work that is out in the elements
• Must be OK with or even enjoy working outdoors, in all weather conditions
