• Perform physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Assist in the preparation of construction sites before the commencement of a project.
• Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of the construction crew.
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of construction structures and systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with a construction crew to execute project tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy loads.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
