We're looking for an?Construction Inspector / Assistant Superintendent who is excited about working on projects that?enable the heart of our clients' business. This opportunity will be supporting projects in the Malone, NY area. You'll be accountable for working with subcontractors to ensure quality compliance on building projects. You'll also provide on-site assistance monitoring and visually inspecting material at receipt and before installation. Bring your talent for multi-tasking, collaboration, and organizational skills. Here's what you'll need: 3 years of applicable experience or comparable training in inspecting large scale building construction projects OSHA 30 Certified Familiarity with Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies Must be able to work autonomously, follow defined procedures, and interpret contract documents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation / Willing and able to drive to client sites Ability to respond to off hour calls based on needs of client Ideally, you'll also have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering Sponsorship is not available for this position. The base salary range for this position is $62,400 to $86,569 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
