Construction Helper/General Labor - Labormax Staffing : Job Details

LaborMAX Staffing is currently hiring for Laborers-Construction and Hardscape starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience.

A Laborer is responsible for envisioning unique outdoor spaces. Their duties include no mowing, planting flowers and trees, trimming shrubbery and the installation of benches, fountains, fences and walking paths, drainage tiles. (Will do excavation as well as build decks, barns, sheds, patios, shed demolition, drainage (drain tiles, or underground downspouts), brush clearing, and debris removal interior and exterior.

Assist with the interior and exterior rehab of customers homes and businesses from demolition, build outs, basements.

Seasonal but could become year round for the right person. Previous experience is a must!

Job Duties:

• Construction labor
• Junk Removal -(DEMO) Interior and exterior
• Construction build outs and tear downs
• Hardscape Landscape, not looking for mowing crew, no mowing.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of Construction Laborer - this is not a lawn mowing position or route
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to arrive on time to job site daily and stay for entire shift or until job is done
• Your Own Vehicle- No drop offs
• Good Work History - 1yr solid provable work history
• Must be able to recognize and know how to use basic hand tools
• Not afraid to get dirty
• Professional
• Ability to Read a Tape Measure - Must pass Tape Test
