Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks to support the manufacturing process. As a General Laborer, you will assist with various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for the production process.
• Site Preparation: Assist in setting up and preparing work areas, including laying out tools and materials for specific tasks.
• Concrete Mixing: Support the mixing and pouring of concrete, ensuring proper consistency and quality.
• Assembly Support: Assist with assembling molds, forms, and other components used in the manufacturing of concrete homes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized by removing debris, cleaning tools, and performing basic maintenance on equipment.
• Quality Control: Assist in inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and team leaders.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in different weather conditions, as required by the job.

Requirements:

• Stable Work History
• Two to Three Years of Construction experience preferred
• Strong Physical ability must be able to lift up 50 lbs
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be extremely dependable and punctual
