Job DetailsQualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and project sequencing
• Proficiency in estimating software such as WinEst, On-Screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates during preconstruction and bidding phases
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to compile scopes and pricing
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand project goals and value opportunities
• Track historical costs and maintain current market knowledge for pricing accuracy
• Participate in design-assist and value engineering efforts with internal and external partners
• Coordinate and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment
