Job DetailsQualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Background in healthcare, hospitality, or complex commercial builds preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field ideal
• Strong budget, schedule, and subcontractor management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with project management software and industry-standard tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites
• Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues
• Track project progress, costs, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
