A highly-respected General Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as able to work autonomously is a must!

This company prides itself on giving each client the best experience from planning to completion. The estimator position is key to the clarity and value this company provides.

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Develop and manage estimates on multiple projects simultaneously
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is strongly preferred
• Effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and organize data promptly
