Recruiting Superintendents, Project Managers and Estimators for Commercial GCs in Texas!

Compensation: $170k – $185k + Package

Our client, a market leading General Contractor specializing in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Construction Estimator with a strong background in industrial construction to join their team in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers during the pre-construction phase
• Assist in the preparation of bid documents, budgets, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction estimator
• Proven experience working on Industrial ground up projects valuedat $15M or more
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry-standard estimating software
• Effective communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Salary: $170k – $185k with 20% bonus and ESOP
