These services include Construction Management, Program Management, Owners Representation, Resident Engineering, Inspection, Preconstruction Consulting, Change Order Review, Value Engineering, Administration Assistance, Document Control and Staff Augmentation.Our clients include NYS Office of General Services, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, NYC Health + Hospitals, State University of New York, NYC Department of Design and Construction, NYC Parks & Recreation, NYC School Construction Authority, NYC Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, and NYS Parks, Recreations and Historic Preservation.SCOPE: Candidate will work in the Cost Review Unit department in the Utica/Rome, NY office. Review orders on contract from field estimators for contract compliance. Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location. Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract. Review dispute letters, analyze contract documents and make contract interpretation on validity of dispute. Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters.REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience or 4 years experience as an estimator.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with all management levels.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

PAY RATE: $40.00-$50.00/Hourly Salary.
