Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Bethel, MN for a Construction Estimator and Project Manager. The role involves estimating construction costs, performing quantity take-offs, managing project budgets, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. You would be working in a fast paced environment and managing multiple jobs at a time with the help of support staff and knowledgeable co-workers. Experience is a plus, 3-5 years of experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full time salaried position

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years Experience

Education: Preferred Degree in Construction Project Management,

Construction Estimating or related field

Industry: Commercial, Highway Heavy

Salary: $65,000-$95,000 depending on qualifications

Qualifications

· Prepare accurate digital take-off's and cost estimates

· Review contracts and all CO/RFI/PR prior to initiating work

· Review all billings

· Work closely with office and field staff to effectively manage projects and meet project deadlines

· Effectively communicate with field management to ensure the project plans, specs, and scope of work is clearly understood.

· Establish and maintain client, vendor, and general contractor relationships

A Successful Candidate's Skills

· Self-starter with solid communication and organizational skills

· Strong understanding of construction documents, materials, and methods

· Comfortable with the seasonal pace, fast paced in the summer, planning and bidding in the off months

· Proven problem-solving abilities

· Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

· Ability to work independently, as well as being a valuable team player

· Uses good judgment and acts ethically in all business matters

· Excellent computer and technology skills, including On Screen Take Off, Blue Beam or similar, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
