Construction Equipment Operator $5K Sign On BonusBrewster, MA$30 - $40/hr $5k Sign On BonusPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to operate heavy machinery and transport materials to and from construction sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of construction projects while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks for excavation and construction projects.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist construction and warehouse crew with various tasks as needed to support project completion.
• Complete general site maintenance tasks such as trash removal, sweeping parking lots, etc.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license is required.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Compensation: $30 - $40 / hr + $5K Sign On BonusBenefits
