Job Summary

Our Construction Management team is seeking a Construction Engineer for various infrastructure projects. This role offers exposure to agencies such as NYCHA, PARKS, and DDC.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with inspectors for field reviews, data collection, analysis, studies, and forecasting.
  • Manage data for engineering or construction work, including quantity take-offs for estimating.
  • Prepare project data for schedules, assist in scheduling and budgeting, and monitor progress.
  • Assist in negotiations for change orders with contractors.
  • Review contractor invoices for accuracy and enter data into the client's system.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction or office engineering experience.
  • Experience with NYC infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing optimal solutions.
  • Innovative mindset to develop better solutions for clients' challenges.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Experience working collaboratively in diverse teams toward technical excellence.
Additional Information
