This role ensures that electrical installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and project specifications. The Foreman serves as the key link between field electricians, project management, and other trades.Day to day:Supervise, coordinate, and direct electricians and apprentices on the job site.Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to plan electrical work.Schedule daily tasks and assign crew responsibilities.Ensure installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and safety regulations.Inspect and test electrical systems during installation and upon completion.Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards.Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to meet project deadlines.Communicate with general contractors, project managers, and other trade supervisors.Manage materials, tools, and equipment for the electrical scope of work.Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians.Complete job reports, timesheets, and documentation accurately.Other duties as assignedQualificationsWe require that you possess:5+ years electrical field construction experienceKnowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sitesIn-depth understanding of construction operations and processesOrganizational and time-management skillsValid driver's LicenseA positive attitude with the eagerness to go above and beyondReliability and excellent attendanceA willingness to learn and apply knowledgeSuccessful completion of a background and drug screeningPreferred:State JourneymanWhat are the perks?Weekly payPaid Vacation and HolidaysMedical, Dental and VisionSupplemental Insurance which includes Accident, Cancer Assist, and Group Term Life InsuranceCompetitive Total Compensation PackageAllegiance is anEOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer
