We are seeking a Division Manager for our Baltimore/Washington Building Envelope Division, based in Elkridge, MD. The successful candidate will lead operational aspects, including safety, profitability, business development, resource management, staffing, growth, teamwork, and culture.

• Minimum of 15 years in construction management, with at least 10 years managing people and multiple projects.
• Experience in building envelope and vertical access work.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and contract negotiation skills.
• Proven success in managing, leading, and coaching project teams.
• Experience with P&L management, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices.

Salary range: $150K - $170K, commensurate with experience. We offer medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive work environment.
