Job Title Construction & Design Attorney - Partner Level

Package - $250,000 - $450,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

Location New York head office (remote working flexibility)

Role Overview:

Seeking a Construction & Design Partner to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of an award winning, mid sized law firm

Responsibilities:

• Representing owners, architects, engineers and construction managers involved in design and construction work
• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Representing clients in multi party contract disputes, construction claims and defective design liability
• Resolving construction disputes before and during litigation
• Drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements as well as license agreements

Requirements:

• 7 years+ in Construction & Design Law
• $600,000 portable book of business
• Proven experience advising and/or litigating owners, architects, engineers and construction managers involved in design and construction work
• Team player with a positive, ambitious mentality
