BRG's Global Construction practice is a multidisciplinary team with expertise in project management, scheduling, accounting, construction consulting, and industry experience. Our team includes professional engineers, project managers, architects, and industry leaders. We are seeking a professional with forensics and litigation advisory experience for our construction practice.

To qualify, you must be a licensed general contractor (CGC) in Florida. Candidates without this license will not be considered.

• Build and lead high-performing teams through collaboration and development.
• Provide expertise on projects including defect analysis, delay & disruption analysis, claims, and change orders.
• Assist in cost-effective design, project estimates, change order reviews, lifecycle cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Deliver high-quality work for optimal client and project outcomes.
• Recommend solutions outside of team scope and contribute to strategic planning.
• Innovate to improve practices and stay ahead of clients and competitors.
• Lead client engagements, develop marketing materials, and manage business development.
• Monitor client satisfaction and define value propositions.
• Follow engagement acceptance policies and manage complex projects.
• Present topics at webinars, conferences, and publish papers.
• Participate in professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; MS or MBA preferred.
• At least 6 years of construction industry experience, including onsite management and consulting.
• Licensed general contractor in Florida.
• Experience in cost estimating, change order pricing, and claims management.
• Excellent technical writing and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and travel as needed.
