Job Description :

The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling drywall and painting tasks. This position will have a complete understanding of builder portals scheduling features and our internal processes related to scheduling. This role will work closely with our internal operations team and production teams to ensure accuracy of all scheduling functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Monitor job setup database daily for new entries labeled complete.

• Monitor builder portals and internal database daily for schedule dates for drywall and paint scopes.

• Build drywall schedules based on builder portals and job-readiness communication from field managers.

• Release drywall material POs to suppliers providing proper drop date.

• Build paint schedules based on builder portals, scope timelines, and communication from field managers.

• Release paint material POs to suppliers providing proper drop date.

• Monitor communication with builders for change orders and build schedules to complete change order.

• Perform warranty scheduling and coordination with field teams.

• Monitor builder portals to verify accuracy of project timelines and documentation.

• Analyze and report any scheduling conflicts/capacity issues to supervisor for resolution.

• Serve as a point of contact for field managers regarding project scheduling and material coordination.

• Communicate regularly with field employees and managers to provide updates on project status.

• Collaborate with other departments to align operational planning with production goals.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite)
  • Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required (Sage, etc.)

  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized team.

  • Ability to work with company departmental heads and field agents to ensure smooth work operations.
  • Ability to achieve operational objectives within set deadline and on budget.
