No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your earning goals.

This is a commission-driven role with earning potential between 30-75% of your production.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently.
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare both candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates consistently.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Starting base salary is $35,568 annually (paid twice monthly). Additionally, commissions can range from $40k to over $500k annually, with no cap. After a waiting period, you will be eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
