ole:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Consolidation Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This position will be a key team member in the financial reporting process and responsibilities will include consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, assisting in management of master data, intercompany accounting, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting and reporting skills, experience with multi-entity environments, be a strong communicator and have a passion for process improve

ment.Day to

  • Day:Coordinate with regional and subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely and accurate repo
  • rting.Perform intercompany eliminations, and equity accounting en
  • tries.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US
  • GAAP.Assist in analyzing consolidated results and provide variance explanations to manag
  • ement.Maintain and improve consolidation processes and sy
  • stems.Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory b
  • odies.Prepare and review master data needs for M&A integration for appropriate consolid
  • ation.Maintain SAP master data, including testing and configuration, as n
  • eeded.Complete assigned internal control procedures to ensure timely compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxle
  • y Act.Support the implementation of new accounting standards and corporate pol
  • icies.Participate in special projects, including M&A integration and system upg
  • rades.Provide support for both internal and external aud
  • itors.Maintain technical job knowledge and personal skill develo
  • pment.Support Company and Team goals by assisting internal customers, analyzing financial data, preparing ad hoc reports, and other projects, as req
