What You'll Do:

• Manage product configurations throughout their lifecycle, ensuring documentation is flawless and up to industry standards.
• Collaborate across departments, leading the Change Control Board (CCB) and driving strategic alignment.
• Conduct audits, ensure AS9100 compliance, and champion configuration best practices.
• Oversee the configuration control process, from engineering drawings to final approvals.
• Collaborate with Change Management to manage and assess proposed product changes.
• Analyze reports related to configuration management activities, including status and audit findings.
• Provide training and guidance to engineering, manufacturing, and support teams.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in configuration management with aerospace/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CM tools, ERP/PLM systems, and an eye for detail.
• Professional certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex configuration issues.
