Job Description :
Assigns and handles customer service requests for all internal workgroups, manages and monitor environment processes for those workgroups. Coordinates the upgrade of environments for large scale efforts and serves as group contact for major projects and initiatives. Takes ownership of customer issues affecting EMS workgroup processes and manages and enforces processes to support ongoing process improvement. Leads environmental build efforts for large-scale Enterprise project/release efforts. May perform code migrations and prepare, merge, and version code for production builds. Works with appropriate workgroup to develop SLAs and OL - As based on work assignments and monitors SLAs and OL - As to ensure customer satisfaction. Leads team meeting (in absence of manager.
