Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans and procedures
- Manage and control engineering changes through Change Control Boards (CCBs)
- Maintain and audit Bill of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and technical documentation
- Manage configuration control databases and Product Data Management (PDM) systems (e.g., SolidWorks PDM, Windchill)
- Ensure configuration records are accurate and up to date for customer delivery and regulatory compliance
- Support product lifecycle activities from concept through sustainment
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Configuration Engineering within aerospace or defense industry preferred
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position requires either a US person or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and mouse
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds
- Visual acuity to read detailed technical drawings and computer screens
- Ability to move around in a manufacturing or lab environment
Compensation Information
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD (Annually)
