Position Summary:
The Associate Configuration and Enablement Manager plays a vital role supporting clients in designing, configuring, and tailoring athenaOne solutions to achieve their clinical and financial goals. In this role, the Associate collaborates closely with senior team members to define and optimize workflows, streamline operations, and integrate athenahealth best practices with client-specific requirements. The Associate will assist in the implementation of tailored client workflows, validate system configurations, ensure seamless solution adoption, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career who is enthusiastic about learning and passionate about client success. The Associate will gain hands-on experience in client management, solution design, and process improvement through active participation in team efforts and close collaboration with both clients and internal teams. This position provides a foundational path for developing skills in healthcare technology and client support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. By embracing a continuous learning mindset and actively seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge, the Associates can enhance their own skills and expertise and also contribute to the growth and success of the Onboarding organization.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
Education&Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
1-2 years of relevant client services or professional experience in a healthcare environment.
Basic understanding of healthcare operations, technical adoption, or customer service.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and an openness to learn additional tools.
Preferred Qualifications&Competencies
Experience within healthcare and/or consulting industries.
Familiarity with athenahealth products and services.
Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Project Management: Capacity to manage and deliver projects within established timelines and under pressure.
