SHINE Technologies is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to direct and manage various programs and support teams within engineering. The role involves hiring program owners for areas such as material control and accounting (MC&A) for special nuclear materials, nuclear cybersecurity, configuration control, fire protection, and the Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) coordinator. The team manages tools like the master equipment list, cable and raceway database, and hold database, and develops new tools as needed.

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $123,000 - $165,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package. Salaries are role-, level-, and location-dependent.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and program managers supporting the design of a nuclear facility.
• Maintain responsibility for configuration management programs.
• Collaborate with quality, procurement, operations, and maintenance departments to develop supportive databases.
• Align engineering support with overall company objectives.

Project Management Duties

• Develop and oversee the group budget and staffing.
• Create and update project schedules, monitor milestones, and reallocate resources as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least five years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring configuration management and design control.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
